We ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice of cancellation for any appointment.

Appointments cancelled 24 hours before will result in a 50% charge of services that can be applied to your next appointment booked within 2 weeks.

Same day cancellation and No Shows will be 100% charge of services.

As a courtesy, we email and call to confirm your appointment 2 days before your scheduled appointment.

Without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss out on a service.
